- Upon arrival, locate the closet circled in red, this is where you'll find the podium and signage.
- If this door is locked, locate the Vertis concierge and they will unlock it for you.
- Place the podium, black cones, and the sign exactly as you see them pictured here.
- Use the black cones to make a slight turn creating a less hostile driving enviornment.
- Place the podium here.
- Place the white sandwich sign here.
- Make sure it is extremely visible to people entering the property.
- This sign stays here 24/7.
- Make sure you flip it to "VALET OPEN" upon arrival.
- Flip this sign to "VALET CLOSED" upon departure.
- This is your park/pull route.
- You will go down this ramp and take a left to enter the garage.
- This garage utilizes license plate readers, it is imperative that you correctly input the license plate in the PMC App, our cameras are in sync with PMC Pay.
- To validate your plate, you will check yourself and your license plate into the app. Ask your manager for the validation code.
- This is our designated parking area, cars can be double stacked.
- This garage is considered a high liability for claims.
- Once you fill up these spots you are free to park anywhere in the garage that doesn't have a reserved sign.
- The valet lane (motorcourt) at this location will get backed up very quickly.
- It is important that anyone trying to park in the motor court that is picking up food must park in one of the two designated pick up spots up top, or in the designated section in the garage.
- They will insist but we cannot allow them to load up the motor court.
